The celexon Premium Plus DARKVISION SlimFrame has been specifically developed to deliver noticeably greater image depth, contrast and dynamic range under exactly these conditions – combined with the elegant appearance of a premium fixed frame screen.

The contrast-optimised DARKVISION ALR projection fabric effectively reduces unwanted room reflections and delivers an impressively immersive image with deep blacks and brilliant colours. The slim aluminium frame, covered with black velvet, further absorbs stray light around the image edges, enhancing the premium home cinema appearance.

The DARKVISION Principle: More Contrast for Modern Living Spaces

While conventional matte white projection surfaces reflect projected light almost evenly in all directions, DARKVISION utilises a specially developed Ambient Light Rejecting (ALR) surface structure. It directs the projector's light towards the viewer while simultaneously reducing unwanted ambient light reflections.

• Significantly improved black level performance: By effectively suppressing room reflections, DARKVISION delivers up to an 8x improvement in the perceived reproduction of dark image areas compared to conventional matte white projection surfaces. Blacks appear deeper while fine details and image depth, particularly in dark movie scenes, are preserved.
• High contrast even in ambient light: ALR technology minimises the impact of ambient light and significantly enhances perceived in-image contrast. The result is a more immersive, dynamic image that stays closer to the projector's original performance.

Premium SlimFrame: Perfect Tension Right to the Corners

The premium SlimFrame of the Premium Plus series ensures that the projection fabric remains perfectly tensioned across the entire surface while impressing with its elegant appearance.

• Continuous spline tensioning system: Rather than using individual springs, the projection fabric is evenly tensioned by means of a continuous spline pressed into the groove of the aluminium frame. This creates permanently uniform tension across the entire projection surface, right into the corners.
• 100% perfectly flat projection surface: The even tension prevents waves and ripples, ensuring a permanently flat projection surface – the foundation for high-contrast, high-resolution image reproduction.
• Velvet-covered frame: The slim aluminium frame is fully wrapped in black velvet. Its light-absorbing surface reduces reflections around the image edges and further enhances perceived image contrast.
• Elegant SlimFrame design: The ultra-slim frame keeps the focus entirely on the projected image while giving the screen the appearance of a professional cinema installation.

• Integrated scale: A scale on the mounting rails simplifies precise height adjustment and speeds up installation.
• Horizontal adjustment: The screen can also be repositioned horizontally after wall mounting with minimal effort.
