Requesting a return

To request a return, please contact our customer service department directly by e-mail or telephone

In order to proceed, it is necessary to provide your order number along with either the surname or the email address and postcode of the invoice recipient.

The manufacturer of your appliance provide a warranty, the duration will vary from product to product, but they are very happy to help in the event of a problem with the device. You can find the relevant contact details here.
