Returns & Complaints

As a private customer you can revoke your purchase within 14 days.  You can read all the details in our complete cancellation policy 


Request return

To request a return, you can fill out our return form.  If you already have a customer account with us, log in there and call up your "Orders". 

Select the order for which you want to request a return and click on the link "Return" in the upper right corner. In this form, select "Revocation" and fill in all the necessary fields. Once we receive your request, we will contact you. 

If you have ordered from us as a guest, you can also use the return form. To do this, you will need your order number, last name, and the email address or postcode of the invoice recipient.
