Composite video / S-video cable

Cinch cables that transmit only with one channel have been the most common video transmission cables for analog video signals for many years. Over time, the S-Video cable followed. This offers the advantage that it works with two channels and thus provides a better picture quality.

The components or YUV cable is less susceptible, as it works with three channels.
