The wide viewing angle of 178° in both directions ensures that all participants – regardless of their position in the room – see a clear, colour-accurate image. The zero-bonding glass minimises light refraction and parallax, so that content appears to float directly on the display. With 20 simultaneous touch points and a recognition accuracy of ±1 mm, the display responds precisely to finger input and passive styluses – ideal for interactive whiteboarding with OCR support and plenty of pre-installed templates.

The integrated dual camera combines a 48 MP wide-angle camera with an 8 MP camera featuring 3x optical zoom. Thanks to auto-framing, the image automatically adjusts to the number and position of participants – even in large rooms with up to 30 people within a 10-metre radius. WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology compensates for difficult lighting conditions and ensures a sharp, high-contrast image even in backlit situations. Speaker tracking automatically pans to the person speaking – making the conversation feel like a face-to-face meeting. The 2.1-channel sound system with 2 × 10 W + 20 W subwoofer, together with the 8 far-field microphones and AI-based noise cancellation, ensures clear, interference-free audio quality – even if there is typing in the background or the air conditioning is running.

Your own laptops (Windows and Mac) can be connected directly to the display via the front-facing USB-C port – including use of the camera, microphone and speakers via a single cable (BYOD). The integrated OPS slot is compatible with the MAXHUB MT61 module, based on a 10th-generation Intel processor, turning the V8630 into a fully-fledged Windows-based collaboration system. The MAXHUB device management app (MAXHUB Pivot) enables IT administrators to remotely access all devices in the fleet – from firmware updates to remote control. With a standby power consumption of ≤ 0.5 W and ENERGY STAR certification, the display is also designed for energy-efficient continuous operation (16/7).
