Mini-LED for maximum contrast

State-of-the-art XR Mini-LED technology, combined with the XR Backlight Master Drive, delivers breathtaking contrast and the finest nuances of light and shadow – scene by scene. Based on the technology found in professional mastering monitors such as the Sony BVM-HX3110, the BRAVIA 5 ensures exceptional picture fidelity. Every detail – from subtle skin tones to dynamic lighting effects – is rendered realistically and vividly.

Colours that move you

The BRAVIA 5’s XR Triluminos Pro display reproduces an expanded colour spectrum with billions of shades – intense, nuanced and true to life. Supported by the powerful XR processor with AI scene recognition, every image is intelligently analysed and optimised. Even older content benefits from XR Clear Image technology, which upscales it to near-4K quality – clear, rich in detail and free from image noise.

Sound that draws you right into the action

Acoustic Multi-Audio technology makes the sound originate exactly where the action is – directly on the screen. Voice Zoom 3 highlights dialogue and ensures clarity even in complex scenes. Supported by 3D Surround Upscaling, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, it creates a three-dimensional soundscape – without the need for external speakers. The specially shaped X-Balanced Speakers deliver powerful bass and crystal-clear treble.

Smart, intuitive, connected

As a modern Google TV, the BRAVIA 5 brings together all streaming services, apps and content on a single interface. With the built-in Google Assistant, you can conveniently control content and smart home devices via voice commands. Apple AirPlay 2 and Google Cast make it easy to share content on the big screen. Thanks to the new compact remote control, made from recycled plastic, you’re always in control.

Gaming perfection

The BRAVIA 5 is perfectly equipped for gamers: HDMI 2.1 offers 4K at 120 frames per second, whilst VRR and ALLM ensure smooth gameplay with minimal lag. Exclusive PS5 features such as Auto HDR Tone Mapping, Auto Genre Picture Mode and PS Remote Play bring out the very best in your console. The intuitive Game Menu 2 offers quick access to all settings, whilst Multi-View allows you to play and stream simultaneously.

Design meets function

The elegant One Slate design blends the screen and bezel seamlessly – for maximum viewing area without distractions. The dual-sided TV stand is soundbar-friendly and versatile. The remote control impresses with its clear interface and easy cleaning – thoughtfully designed down to the last detail.
