Right of withdrawal for consumers

Withdrawal policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

Private consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

In the case of a contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

If you are a private consumer and have changed your mind, as long as the item can be sold again as new, then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund.

As new means in original packaging with complete accessory packs and manuals. If any item is marked/damaged, including the packing, there may be a restocking fee. If the item you are returning is a projector, the lamp hours used must not have exceeded one hour otherwise a restocking fee will be applied. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (visunext UK Ltd, Victory House, Chequers Road, Tharston, NR15 2YA, info@visunext.co.uk, Telephone: 01508 535059) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. You can use this model withdrawal form or electronically fill out and submit our withdrawal form on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

This return policy does not apply to non consumers (business customers and organisations) where the fourteen day right to return does not apply. If you are a non consumer, please contact us to speak about your return options, we may be able to make an exception and offer a credit note to be used against future purchases.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you cancel this contract and the goods are as new, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the goods back.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. Please send the goods in their original packaging in a well protected manner. We may be able to provide a pre-paid label deductible from your refund if you are unable to make arrangements to return the item yourself.

A restocking fee may apply to cover the loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning. Projectors should have under one hour's use. Restocking fees are determined by the usage and condition of the item and will be between 5 and 22%.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to refund you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back.

Special notes

If you finance this contract by means of a loan and revoke it later, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already accrued to us when the revocation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender shall enter into our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or the return. The latter does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of revocation for this.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The above-mentioned right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are custom made or made to order.
