The AM-3200-WF-I makes it possible to present content wirelessly from laptops, smartphones or tablets – either via integrated Wi-Fi®, an existing WLAN infrastructure or the optional AirMedia Connect adapter (USB-C). An additional HDMI® input interface allows the connection of local sources such as mini PCs or laptops. The AirMedia Canvas function allows up to four content sources to be displayed simultaneously on a single screen – ideal for collaborative meetings with multiple participants.

For video conferencing, USB-connected devices such as cameras, microphones or soundbars can be used wirelessly from a laptop. Connecting to Microsoft Teams®, Zoom™ or other platforms requires no installation effort.

Intelligent room integration with calendar and digital signage

When no source is being played, the system displays a configurable start page with connection instructions, room information and calendar synchronisation. Thanks to native integration with Microsoft Exchange®, Office 365®, Google Calendar™, Crestron Fusion® or third-party software such as 25Live®, availability and appointment overviews can be displayed directly. If required, the device can also support digital signage with, for example, Appspace® content – automatically when the room is empty or inactive.

Expandable and centrally manageable

For advanced control functions, the AM-3200-WF-I can be combined with Crestron TSW touch panels. This allows you to control the signal source, volume or display directly from the screen, among other things. The connection of a PoE occupancy sensor also allows the display to be switched on and off automatically when the room is in use or unoccupied.

The cloud-based XiO Cloud® platform allows for centralised management, configuration and monitoring of all devices – ideal for large corporate networks with multiple meeting zones. Integration with Crestron Fusion® enables additional monitoring, room booking and event alerts.
