BYOD & BYOM – one system, many possibilities

Whether you need to give a spontaneous presentation or hold a planned video conference, K-FleX adapts flexibly to your meeting situation. In BYOD mode, you can project content wirelessly from any device to the main screen – without installing drivers or complicated setup. All common systems are supported, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, AirPlay, Google Cast and Miracast.

With the optional BYOM licence key, K-FleX becomes a complete video conferencing system. Connect your camera, hands-free kit or soundbar to the system via USB and connect wirelessly to your notebook. K-FleX automatically detects the connected peripheral devices in the room and allows immediate use with your preferred UCC platform. This turns any room into a fully-fledged hybrid conference room in just a few seconds.

4K quality, split screen and interaction – presentations on a whole new level

Thanks to HDMI output in 4K60 , your participants will experience crystal-clear image quality that displays even the finest details with razor-sharp clarity. The integrated split-screen function allows content from up to four different sources to be displayed simultaneously – ideal for comparing information or joint discussions in groups. The content can be arranged flexibly so that each display is shown to its best advantage.

K-FleX also offers a dual desktop function that allows two different screen contents from the same notebook to be mirrored simultaneously – for example, the presenter view and the presentation itself. Touch-back support provides even more interactivity : control your laptop directly via the touch display of the main screen or a whiteboard – even with multiple connected laptops in split-screen mode.

Secure, manageable and ready for the future

K-FleX impresses not only with its user-friendliness, but also with its professional IT integration. Administrators have complete control over the system – locally via the web interface, via Telnet or with the free ManageTool. Two LAN connections (one with PoE) and comprehensive WLAN options (WiFi 6 with up to 1200 Mbps) ensure maximum flexibility for network integration.

Security is a top priority: wireless video transmission is secured with modern encryption standards such as AES-256 and RSA1024. Authentication is via WPA2 or WPA3 PSK. This means that K-FleX can also be used without hesitation in security-critical corporate environments.

Outside of meeting times, you can use the connected display for digital signage. With the integrated digital signage function, web content such as company news, dashboards or event information can be displayed automatically at defined times.

Modular expandability – a system that grows with your requirements

The Klick&Show K-FleX is designed for expansion: whether you need more transmitters to connect additional devices or additional licences for use as a video conferencing system, everything can be retrofitted. Add HDMI or USB-C transmitters in Full HD or 4K quality and create a setup that fits your workplace perfectly.

The optionally available TRAY-4K elegantly accommodates up to four transmitters , keeping your meeting table tidy . Laptop users without transmitters simply use the Klick&Show app, while mobile devices can conveniently share their content via AirPlay, Miracast or Google Cast.
