You want to equip a room with a display but are unsure whether it is too inflexible? Mounting the display on a mobile trolley, for example, allows you to use it in other rooms. If you also integrate a computer and a Barco ClickShare system on the trolley, participants can share their presentation or results with others present with just one click.
Presenters are a great help for lectures or presentations. In addition to many useful functions such as a laser, slide change and volume control, the presenter transmits the signal over 100 m and thus allows you to position yourself freely in the room.

Installation
For changing rooms, it is recommended to mount the system on an optional rolling stand. This should offer the possibility of placing or hanging the receiver of the ClickShare system. For a stationary installation, we recommend wall installation.
Expert Tip:
Use a slot-in PC as a computer. It takes up no space and does not interfere with the installation. Depending on the manufacturer, you can get built-in computers in different performance classes.
Mobile projectors and screens
Well suited for small to medium-sized meeting rooms
3,000 lumens (minimum) for LCD projectors and 4,000 lumens (minimum) for DLP projectors for a screen width of approximately two metres in a slightly darkened room in a mobile application.

Set up
When placing the screen, make sure that no direct sunlight shines on the screen surface. The projector is placed parallel to the screen on a table or projection trolley.
Expert Tip:
Choose a somewhat brighter projector that you can use in eco mode during use. This way it will not disturb the conference participants with too loud fan noise.

Presenters differ significantly in the scope of their functions. Standard models offer the option of scrolling back and forth and a laser pointer. A higher-quality presenter, on the other hand, offers a wider range of functions.
Laser colour
For presenters, a red laser is common. However, with coloured content, the red laser goes down more quickly. In this case, a green laser is recommended, which stands out more strongly against the projected colours.
Mouse function
Some wireless presenters offer the function of a mouse. With it, you can move the mouse pointer , click and scroll. They thus offer the possibility of controlling the PC from several metres away.
Expert Tip:
When buying a presenter, check which PC operating systems it is compatible with. Many presenters are suitable for use with Windows PCs and Macs. However, there are also models that are not Mac-compatible.

The operability is adapted to your needs. Audio systems can either be tailored to a specific room situation or adapted to changing situations. This results in very different requirements for the control of an audio installation. This is done centrally via a permanently installed control panel, via several end devices via app or via comprehensive media control
