Light output

3,000 lumens (minimum) for LCD projectors and 3,500 lumens (minimum) for DLP projectors for an image width of approximately two metres in a room that is only partially darkened.

Image resolution

Full HD (1,920 x 1,080) in 16:9 format or WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200) in 16:10 format. If the budget does not allow for these resolutions, a projector with WXGA resolution (1,280 x 800) is an alternative, but with limitations in image quality.

Installation

Wall mounting, in the best case with the wall mount included in the delivery. With optional table mounts, some interactive ultra-short throw projectors can be attached to the table to provide it with an interactive surface projection

Expert Tip:

The projection width of ultra-short throw projectors is on average a maximum of 2.2 metres. Beyond this, the image becomes blurred. Therefore, when installing, make sure that the image width does not exceed 2.2 m.

Light output

Display brightness from around 350 nits for rooms with artificial light or daylight.

Image resolution

At least Full HD (1,920 x 1,080) up to a screen diagonal of 65". 4K (3,840 x 2,160) from 65" upwards.

Installation

Wall mounting using a display bracket or mounting on the optional rolling stand. For both installation variants, installation on a height-adjustable column is recommended so that staff can adjust the working height of the display according to their needs.

Expert Tip:

There are now different types of surfaces for interactive touch displays. The most common is the one with a built-in infrared frame. This recognises the touches and passes them on. More precise, however, is the newer PCAP technology, in which the display recognises the interaction via pressure on the surface. It is comparable to the capacitive technology used on an iPad and offers a natural typing feel.
